Physical toughness is great, but it only gets you so far. Mental toughness is probably the one quality every man must develop to lead a healthy, productive, and happy life. If you ever want to do something important with your life, you'll naturally have a lot on your shoulders. Usually, it's not the physical labor or tiredness that wears men down, but their mental state. Developing a strong and stable mindset is the most crucial thing if you want to achieve anything remarkable. Paradoxically, the best way to achieve mental toughness, at least for me, has been through physical toughness. Doing exercises that require a mind-muscle connection, pushing yourself to failure, and focusing on strength rather than hypertrophy were the best ways to get to a sane mind. Deadlifts, rows, and squats—add these compound exercises that turn your face red and make it difficult to walk the next day. @javohirakramov
